You're not over your ex yet, you might not be ready to be intimate with him. After it he could leave you feeling used, dirty, and lonely for having a fling with someone you hardly know. Plus, if he's moving this fast who knows how many people he's been with, he could have an STD you're not aware of, which can be dangerous even with a condom. 1 out of 5 Americans age 11+ have genital herpes.
On top of that you could just be looking for something or someone to fill the void your breakup left. Don't fill that void with something meaningless. It's not worth it. Take some time for yourself, do things you couldn't do when you were with your boyfriend (like going to a club if he wouldn't let you, going out with your friends any time you want, ect) and fully get over him. Then get back on the field when you're ready and find a nice guy that you could go somewhere with and who will care about you, not just getting in your pants.

That really depends, are you happy with just messing around yourself? If so then yeah go for it. But if your likely to wanna make it into something serious and he is clearly not interested in something more serious then dont.
Of course your probally going to do it anyway, guess you can always blame it on your hormones :P
