You know I have the same ongoing question in my head and its a constant battle. I do agree with you about God putting you in the right place at the right time with the right person but I also believe the ungodly way. The whole point of dating is that you are doing 2 or 3 things 1.satisfying your needs...if you know what i mean... 2.testing the waters 3. slowly but subconsciously looking for a wife. The perfect woman/man to spend the rest of your life with. Well that's my answer but this kinda seems like one of those questions that no matter what the answer is your going to keep your own idea!! lol

That is true but even when you meet that 'special someone' you must date to get to know each other a little more.
Dating is for you to see how you act around a person on a one on one basis.

I like dating. I met my boyfriend when I was on vacation with 3 friends. You should get out more meet new people thats how you find the right person.

lf you never date how are you going to know when the time is right and the person is right? Is God just going to drop that person into the church while you're standing at the altar or what?

I dont believe in love at all so I think ur wrong in that but I have no clue why people date. Personally I find it better not to give a damn about anyone but myself and just be alone. Its not for everyone though so dont think u should try it

perhaps that is true -- you still need to be sure that this is the person for you --- hence dating ---- plus it is fun even when you know you will be with that person for the rest of your life --- enjoy
