what should i do? should i complain to my boss? or i should keep quiet? cause i fell my boss is not being fair to me..

Fair? Life isn't fair.

The girl might have more experience or higher education than you do. And, she could have been a better negotiator for her salary.

You accepted the job for what you're making now. Complaining is juvenille. Now, if you professionally ask for a raise and show all of your accomplishments to your boss on paper, asking for a raise is fine. But, just because someone else makes more than you isn't a reason to justify a raise. People have to earn their raises, and negotiate their staring salaries themselves.

How is that not being fair to you? When you signed up and agreed to work for that company you agreed on a certain wage. She signed up and she agreed to a certain wage. If you've been there over a year then your wage was increased or not depending on your performance. You had your chance to improve, however, maybe you are due for a raise...

You said you looked at her salary and noticed it was bigger than yours. According to the rules of most companies you were not allowed to look at her salary. If you let the boss know that you know then you have violated the work rules. Sure you should keep quiet, but now for two good reasons.

If you feel your employer was not fair to you then you are certainly free to move to another employer.
If, however you've done something great and a year has passed since your last raise then mention that on your next review.

Perhaps the other person has more of something than you do, more education, more certificates, more certain courses, maybe will be doing some extra projects that you might not be doing...Or maybe they are starting this new job with the same salary they had on their last job.

Don't complain to your boss or your coworkers. there are many reasons why is being paid more. Her qualifications are better, she has worked longer, she was hired under a different set of pay scale than you, and so on. do you best and soon you will get a raise too. I know it hurts, but then things like this happen in life. You probably have more in some other area that she does.

Her position may be the same as yours -- but what about her experience and her credentials? Before you complain to your boss, talk to your personnel department and ask what their policy is - whether salaries are negotiated on an individual basis, or whether there are general guidelines.
If they negotiated on an idividual basis, then tell them you would like to renegotiate your salary, and explain why you think you are worth more than you are getting.

"her salary is bigger than me"

seriously check out the "how to get a bigger raise" section of any career web site. learn how to negoiate for a raise or prepare to leave for another company. if you choose the latter, make sure you use spell check on your resume and cover letter.

If english is not your first language than disregard this response. But if it is, I am truly amazed you can even hold a job in an office.
I am sure your boss knows what she is making, I would not bring it up to him. It's really none of your business unless of course you have a union to protect you from this sort of thing.

you should find out more about the new girl, she might have higher education then u,more exp. or etc so dont jump to conclussions just yet. Investigate then if its all the same as u then talk to ur boss about it and as his reasoning for it .

First of all, you shouldn't have been snooping. What anyone else in your office earns isn't any of your business. Secondly, you have no idea what this girl's qualifications are. Maybe she has more experience than you, or a college degree, or, if you have a college degree, maybe her GPA was higher.

If you value your job and want to keep it, I suggest you keep your mouth shut and pretend you know nothing.

this is called post conventional morality. All bosses create their own morals to get things done in their way. You can talk to him/er, but maybe he'll say she's more qualified which may be true, no offence, its just the way it is. If you dont have money probs let it slide. life's too short.

It is important to know the qualifications and educational level she brings to the job. If she has more education, and qualification than you, accept the disparity, and go to night school. Education is really a necessity that will provide you with the qualification to compete. Check it out.
