Depends on the context and severity of the word.
If it is used in a friends/coworkers place and given out to make a witty comment, I think is cool.
However, if it is said out of the blue for no reason at all, I tend to think that such girl can't be a nice person or someone I'd like to get along with

it either means she's rebellious, mean, terrifying, scared of showing who she really is, feels threatened, threatens, free, ambitious, or a combination of the qualities i stated
