It calls them "abominations." That means they're nasty.

I wouldn't actually say the word "bad", the bible is God's word and his word teaches us right from wrong. There is scripture on home sexuality which is basically the same thing and it is an abomination. God made woman and men so that we can be fruitful and multiply. Can a woman on woman or man on man multiply? So yes, the bible does state that it's wrong.

It's pretty much the same as Gays. The bible says that marriages (or love if you prefer) should stay between a man a women, and only that.

It is the same as homosexuals.

Leviticus 20:13 (HCSB, Holman Christian Standard Bible)
If a man sleeps with a man as with a woman, they have both committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood is on their own hands.

No one should be having sex outside of marriage if they want to be in a right relationship with God.

As a guide for your behavior, do what is good and loving to and for others not selfish and self gratifying. If you expect to violate someones marriage bed by using their future spouse for casual sex you have offended yourself, the other person and their future mate and God.

I think it talks about men who lie down with men and women that lie down with women, it doesn't seem to make much difference whether this is a full time or part time activity.

No, because the men who wrote the Bible didn't know about them. IF they did, I'm sure they would have added it.
Something like, "Ye be of one sex who loves two shall burn twice in hell!" And, then, there was maniacal laughter... and darkness.
