I hate to sound paranoid but I think it's a little suspicious that I know of about 14 tickets out there of my family and friends and not one won even $500.00. The odds of winning the $500 prize was 1 in 5 so how can this be. I know everyone is being honest with me. Do you think it's rigged.

I'm afraid someone misinformed you. The odds of winning the $500 prize were not 1 in 5. There were 250,000 tickets sold and 4,500 $500 winners. Dividing 250,000 by 4,500 you can get the actual odds of winning $500, a little worse than 1 in 55.
I see no reason to believe the drawing was rigged.
