Well, besides the obvious...
The small of the back, the neck, shoulders, and probably the inner thigh.
There's actually information on this, but I couldn't tell you where to find it. Part of our teacher training was to distinguish different erotic zones on people's bodies, so that we don't make the mistake of making a student feel uncomfortable by what we would view as innocent physical contact.

Inner thigh, abdomen. under the arm, neck and her feelings if that is counted as a part of the body. About her feelings, if you get her hurt, you can take a good look at your palm because that is going to be your girlfriend for a little while.

Speaking from experience -- my heart is the most sensitive part of my body. If someone deliberately tries to hurt me, I will block them out like there's a stone wall between us.
Definitely our emotions.
