Ok ive never had sex before so im not sure. Under my penis is like bumps and some under my scrotum can it be a type of STD or anything. The bumps under my penis goes about half way across the back of my penis and the in the front goes almost all the way around. My penis has normal funtions like im able to ejaculate and stuff.But should i see a doctor or what??

If you've never had sex before, and I think you mean the actual act of intercourse, and if you have never received oral sex or had any type of sexual contact, then it cannot be an STD. It might simply be whiteheads, pimples, etc. Especially because in the summer when it is hot, and men and women sweat down there, it is possible.

However, there is more than one reason that could be causing these. You should see a doctor just to get them looked at and put your mind at ease, as well as find a treatment to get rid of them if they are bothersome to you or if they are harmful (based on your doctor's diagnosis).

you can get stds without having sex sorry to tell you this. i would go to the doctors as soon as possible it might be something bad or something little as a rash but either way go to the doctors

if you've never had sex it's probably not an STD, but genital warts (what would match your description) can be transmitted by skin-to-skin contact without intercourse or exchange of fluids. if you're really worried, go to a doctor.

Just to clarify, i highly doubt that anyone here is saying that your condition is a disease, but they ARE recommending that you see a doctor ASAP.
