find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

although they say not to workout for more than 1hr a day.... you can do more if you wish, I have a hard time doing my free weights, abs and running all inthe same day (like on wed, fri, sat for me) so I go for 2hrs those days... since you are a female make sure that you are doing resistance training with weights ( a lot of females dont like to do this, because they think they will end up bulky) this is not true... do like 3 -4 sets of 13 at a comfortable weight and you will lose body fat... I run for about an hour when I run, so try that

then start paying attention to what you eat. you say you workout almost everyday...dont make it almost...work out exactly everyday. work up to twice a day...dont drink 4-5 bottles of water a day, drink 8 cups of ICE COLD water when ur done eating...not during it....afterwards...its because if u drink while its super cold..ur body will have to burn some of the calories u just ate bringing that water to a normal temperature for the body. do strengh training or weight training every other day...

The magic ticket for me was to eat 5 -6 small meals a day. include protein, high fiber, calcium, lots of vegetables, fruits. I lost stubborn wt approx 2 lbs per week. It gets easier as you go. You'll feel a lot better too.Even makes drastic changes in mood swings if you have a problem with them. I did,
Falling in love will take your appetite away completely. I like to lose wt that way too.
I don't think you have to drink "ice" cold water. However, the water you drink should be cooler than room temperature. Check all information out for yourself before you try it.
