Star This Question If it Is a Challenging One!
Ain't Atheists More God-Dependent for Their Very Existence & Survival Than Believers?
This Is A Quote From, "Where All Roads Lead, 1922"
Conclusion: There are Atheists & So, There is God!
It follows like the Day Following the Night.
Who Can Refute this?
Believers & Non-Believers: Have Your Say !

Most of the Responses are besides the point.
Some have opined my logic is flawed without substantiating their claim. So their arguments hold no water.
Why should they bring in extraneous silly, hallucinatory factors like UFO, Unicorn etc etc.against the Organized Religions? This shows they have no valid counter to the Statement.
The finality of tone as if everything is proved beyond any doubt to the satisfaction of all is sheer Stupid ARROGANCE! On either side.
My point is Believers have faith ( needing no proof). Atheists have no locus-standi to object to it. Right?
But Atheists who say, in essence, Science is Their Only God, must come forward to prove what they (assert time & again) without any proof. Is mere assertion not a Faith? .Do they also live on faith of an opposite breed?
My point is More than Believers, Atheists NEED God to EXIST & THRIVE on.
It is not a Conclusion BUT a debating point.
So Debate & Don't conclude without solid proofs. O.K?

Correct, there would be no existence whatsoever without God.
Faith in something, everyone has faith whether it is in themselves or in God. It takes greater faith to believe in nothing than in a spiritual being. While faith in something gives a substance of hope, faith in God renders an eternal hope and an understanding of reality. Here is a definition of atheism:
Atheism, as a philosophical view, is the position that either affirms the nonexistence of gods[1] or rejects theism.[2] When defined more broadly, atheism is the absence of belief in deities, alternatively called nontheism.[3] Although atheists are commonly assumed to be irreligious, some religions, such as Buddhism, have been characterized as atheistic.[4][5]
Many self-described atheists are skeptical of all supernatural beings and cite a lack of empirical evidence for the existence of deities. Others argue for atheism on philosophical, social or historical grounds.

Atheists have a god.
The name of their god is "no god". See how they defend "no god" on any forum. Post something about a belief in god and they will post a, generally, angry retort that there is "no god."
It's the same thing Theists do when they are told there is "no god". They reply that there is "a god". Or perhaps a, generally, angry retort with the name of "a god".
I therefore hold that if there were truly no god, proved scientifically and precisely, taking into consideration the emotional aspects of belief as well, we'd find something else to divide us.
There's always be someone to say, "You're wrong." Theists say it to Atheists and vice versa. Remove god from the equation and we'd perhaps be saying, "You're wrong" to each other based on skin colour or sexual orientation or left-handedness vs. right-handedness.
There is "a god". He's called, "You're Wrong."
There is "no god". He's called, "You're Wrong."
"You're Wrong" shall prevail. All hail the mighty "You're Wrong."

Believers believe there is a god
Atheists believe there is no god
See the common thread? They both believe, neither one can really know for sure.
There is no logic to this just a bunch of hot air. One side will NEVER change the mind of the other, why they continue to try IS the true mystery.

Actually we would all be atheists if there was proof god didn't exist.
In fact we are all born atheists until we are indoctrinated into the concept of a higher being.

Perhaps we should remember it was God believers who labeled non-God believers "atheists"(without God)--we don't have a name for those of us who refuse to believe in flying pink Unicorns-( even though Unicorns are mentioned in the Bible)--but let's say we labeled them Uni-skeptics--would that automatically prove that flying pink Unicorns must exist??--no logic there!!

I am a Roman Catholic. My Religion says "And when you pray, pray silently."
I know my faith to be true, let others do and believe as they like.
Religion is personal and I stay out of the debates.

"It follows like the Day Following the Night."???? Certainly you have a better mind than that. Tell me, do you place these provocative statements out here for the ignorant, uneducated and prejudiced...just for the stars?

Hate to burst you bubble but if you follow that logic then UFOs, the Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy are also real.
They all have believers and non-believers too.

I think a better statement would have been: "If there were no God, there would be no right or wrong"
Think about it.. ...if there is nothing (no higher authority) above man, then right and wrong is strictly one man's opinion vs. another's. So, in this context, Hitler should be viewed as no worse than Mother Theresa. Therefore, murder should be viewed as ok. Correct? What is mankind's basis of right and wrong, if there is no God?

Well, that was incoherent.
There are people who deny the existence of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Does that mean He must also exist?
