Pray and fast- do so in your closet where your Heavenly Father hears and then when you are done, wash you face that people do not know that you have been shut in with God interceeding on behalf of others and for God's interest in them.
Give- Your right hand should not know what your left hand is doing.. which is why i totally disagree with the practice of passing the offering plate.. There should be an offering box of some sort in a private place where this matter of giving is settled between you and the Lord.
This last one is a little tricky... and I'd have to say " Preaching the gospel.."
There is a saying.."Preach the gospel .. use words when necessary"
Our true gospel testimony should be the life that we live before men. Its not just a matter of saying that you are a christian.. YOUR living and who you are in what you do and say should reflect the Life within you.

Defecate, urinate and precreate.... For some reason talk about those three subjects is socially unacceptable. Good question, I think you could add in expell mucuos from your nose, menstruate (for females). Sweating, and bleeding are social taboos for discussion in some circles as well.
GOOD question, but I think it would have been a better question for some other Yquestions topic area.
