He stares at me, it looks like his eyes are watery. He'll watch me for long periods of time, and when I asked him why, he said its because I stare at him first, but I dont. He looks sad also......What do his stares mean?

maybe he's just zoning out and you're thinking he likes you when really.. he's just sleepy.

We guys know that looking at you is at the root of your sexuality. We know that looking at you 1) builds your confidence because you know you are pleasing to a guy's eyes 2) is a simple way to flirt and gain a girl's attention and 3) is a better pass time than doing nothing. I could go on. Some guys stare because they want a return stare ... it helps us know we are also attractive. Butt a real man will stare because they want to be sure you would be open to the next step ... open to talking to them and possibly being asked out. If they continue to stare and not make the next move, they may be shy or uncertain about approaching you. Or they could just be an over all flirt and have no idea of the power of a true relationship that moves beyond flirting and sex just for sex's sake. In that case ... run far away.

he's probbably practicing eye contact or something maybe he got punched in the eye for staring to much and thats why his eyes are watery and he's sad

well the fact that he is staring at you shows that he has an interest in you or he is trying to figure you out... i think that he might like you... when you ask him why does he stare at you and he answers the way that he does... it is because he is trying to cover it up... he does not want you to know that he has an interest in you...

He probably likes you but can't bring himself to let you know. If you like him, don't be afraid to make a move of some sort, even if it's just going out for lunch or something.

It means he needs help with interpersonal communications... or you do... or maybe you just need a little help understanding each other.
There are people who do this for a living. They charge a lot of money. How important is this to you?

either you remind him of somebody that was special to him or he might just like you that much.......there is many reasons why he could be staring but those two seem some of the bigger possibilities......

I would ask if it's your dog but dog's can't talk ( and if you think yours dose please seek professional help. lol.) It sounds like he's lonely. If he seems creepy ignore him. If he doesn't talk to him but in a public place.
