I heard on Jack Van Impe that Tim O'brian of the Detroit Free Press says that it could be put on a driver's license or in a body? What are your thoughts on this chip? Do you think that we might be headed for fulfillment of the prophesy in Revelation, 13:16-17? It says, "He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark, on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name."
I recieved a reply to a previous question and a man indicated that he had sat in on a meeting with one of the inventors of this chip. He said that the best place to put this chip would be the forehead or back of the hand, because of a lower temp that would be needed to recharge the battery.
This is all so in tune with the Bible, so what say you? Do you think this is the start of fulfillment of this prophesy?

I really respect Jack Van Impe for the way God has used him. This - the chip - could very likely be what the Bible is referring to.

The chip one way or the other is just a failure, I imagine hackers switching identities for money. Before they find the criminal he's gone. Imagine in being so, hackers can delete a chip, reprogram a chip, re-implant a chip. That is the latest in stupidity.
Even if they would force you to have this thing today, How deep is the hand that it could not be removed with a knife?
For believers though it is still a violation of their sacred body , in the same way that a tattoo is. Also if it expressly represent the Evil empire of the second earthly beast.
As I have said before I have a different opinion about the mark of the beast and the beast. God is marking his followers on the forehead in revelation. that represent your mind, your mind represents your spirit.
So, so is also the mark of the beast, only that his mark can be
notice in the spiritual body, or in the physical body in character. That is only evil doers stay at the top in the end of times.
I got more to discuss on this subject and the chip but this form is too limited. so if anybody would like to chat or debate on this can freely write me. respectfully and intelligently.

I don't think the chips have a battery. They get their energy through the rf energy, and then respond. I saw the program. I have also read the article and have been watching this for years. There is also a form with ink. It is applied as a tattoo and can be made invisible. I believe this lines up with the Word, too.
I agree with you. We are in exciting times. How much longer will Jesus wait? You might like to look at my paper on the mark of the beast, also on Following The Way.

Alot of the prophesies have already been fulfilled, and yes this is probably one of them. If we believe the Word of God we know what will come about in the near future--because scripture has already revealed to us some of the things that need to occur before Christ's return. I just pray that people don't wait too long to see that His Word is truth. Like all the division and confusion that the Iraq war is bringing about--Iraq in biblical times was Babel--it's the land where they built the tower and God created all the different languages and they all grouped themselves together and separated from each other. Interesting!

I do believe that the computer chips are the mark of the beast and lets not loss sight of this in translations..The KJV say IN your right hand or IN your forehead...anything other than that does not match up to scripture (like on the drivers license for instance)...it will also be for buying and selling no one will be able to buy or sell without it..making it very hard for those without faith to refuse not to mention the beheading of those who will not take the mark

No this is not the start of the fulfilment. It has already started, long before now. It started with UPC codes. The technology has been here since the 1970's.
But, keep this in mind. The anti-christ will be revealed before it is offered in it's final form. We will be given the choice to accept it or be beheaded. However, time is getting close and time is getting closer that we all will have to make the ultimate decision. I pray every comes to know Jesus.

I don't think Revelation should be taken as literal as it is, because the book's style of language is metaphorical.
First, number 666 is not literally that number. 7 is the perfect number in Judaism and only for God. Evil tried and keep trying to be God but still fall short (or long). That's why the number still in 6 but never reach 7.
Second, What is John trying to say is that every man is doing evil if he wants to be accepted. Forehead means what he thinks and hands means what he does ALWAYS evil.
We really have to be careful when reading this kind of book.

Yes, those chips are.to be released next month I believe. its brainwash, you can either get it on your arm or forehead where as the devil.markings were placed. It says in the Bible that without this making you are not able to but or sell things, without the chip you are not to be able to buy. I an not sure if they will make a law that we are required to have it out we can just get it whenever we would like.

Nope, it's not THE fulfillment, it's just a foreshadow. It's a warning. It's showing you the type of thinking and the mindset people are starting to adopt and accept. Think of it as a wake up call to stay alert for the real thing. Constant reminders to keep on your toes and to be ready to go at any time.

Look around ,many signs point to the near coming of our Jesus.Just keep your eyes on Him.
Jesus has promise us ,that if He left He would come again and receive us unto Himself.
