It could KILL you. Do not take laxatives or make yourself go to the bathroom too much. You lose potassium and wind up dropping dead of a heart attack. Any weight you lose is mostly water, anyway, if you go too often, not any of it is fat.
Have some salad, yogurt, increase your fiber rich foods (fresh fruit and veggies), you will go more often, but without the risk of diarrhea.
Terri Chiavo (the lady in FL who was in a vegetative state over 10 years) was dieting and had a potassium deficiency when she collapsed. She suffered brain damage. She was a veggie for YEARS and they cut her off from food and water and let her die after suffering.
Please, eat well, take your vitamins, exercise, take good care of your teeth, floss daily. Clear skin and healthy gums are alot more important than weight. Throw away that scale right now.

Having regular bowel movements is necisarry for significant weight loss yes. But by regular I mean by having a high fiber diet. Not by using laxitives to flush out your system. That is not healthy.

If you're trying to lose weight, I would not suggest this method. Instead try to limit your calories and up your physical activities. This seems to be the most effective (and sensible) way to lose weight
