I made turkey jerky and slept through the buzzer to shut it off. So, it stayed in the dehydrater for an extra hourish. It came out very brittle. Is there anyway to re-hydrate it? I don't want to add any kind of liquid sauce (i.e.; soy sauce) because the flavor is just right. Btw - it isn't an issue with it being turkey instead of ground beef. I always use turkey and it comes out great.

I haven't worked with turkey jerky, but I know that beef and venison jerky can be cut (or torn) and put into stews and chili. You might try it as a garnish on soup (chicken soup would work), or shred it fine, as a salad topping.

Or, just chew-chew-chew!

Maybe you can put the jerky in a container with a couple of pieces of bread. That's what I do with cookies when they are too dry and it makes them moist.
