She doesn't have normal marking of a Boston though. Half of her face is white and the other is red and brown!!! Her entire mouth and snot is white also. On her white parts of her face, there is a pinkish hue, especially around her mouth and eye. I was wondering if this is a food allergy, environmental allergy or just from being hot. Any Thoughts!!!!

Any dog with white hair generally has pink skin under it. Pigment, or rather lack thereof... very common. We have a dachshund whose face is hlf white and his one eye is rimmed with pink while the other is black around it. The white/pink areas do seem to be more sensitive as well.
"Red" Bostons are very unusual, sounds like you have a special baby!

First off there are brendle bostons and albino bostons which could explain the color variation. My boston would get pink on his belly from scrathing on the grass and I would put some gold bond powder on it and it would clear up.

Light pink is normal under white hair. If she is itchy and rubs her face, it could be allergies.

Some dogs get sun burned. Does she stay outside a lot?
