Im a 17 year old guy and as of November 4th 2006, i went from 176 lbs to about 145 and lost a lot of body fat, looks wise. i still have fat on my body, but im thinner. i fit size small shirts and stuff, u know?

but recently i got a gym membership, i use the hip abductor/ adductor or whatever its called. and i do those side leg lifts all the time. i also run on the treadmil for about 20 minutes.

i watch what i eat pretty carefully, i dont diet myself strictly, but ya how the HELL do i get rid of the love handles???

Diet is the only way. I don't care what other people say if they disagree. This is the truth. Diet is the key for the stomach and love handles.

more cardio - its the only fat burning exercise and burns it all over your body - to get results do it for 45min 4-6 times a week and keep doing weight training to tone up and not lose any muscle since cardio burns both - fat and muscle.
