I like to toast the bread, butter it, put peanut butter on one side, some kind of jam or jelly on the other side like cherry, plum, apricot or orange marmalade on the other, and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese inbetween when I close them up together. Just delicious with ice cold milk or hot coffee!
I also like peanut butter sandwiches with Marshmallow Fluff. Those are truly addictive!
Peanut butter sandwiches with green grapes are good. Raisins are good too.

When I was younger and a little chubster, haha, I used to add potato chips... Now my version of a PB sandwitch is one slice of light oatmeal of whole wheat bread with 2 teaspoons of Organic Light Peanut Butter!

I agree with using whole wheat bread, but instead of bananas next time try adding a little honey.

Wow an Australian ;O Peanut butter and jelly is a worry-unfastened sandwich interior the states. :) Peanut butter is produced from peanuts. Jelly is frequently fruit in a jar without the seeds. Jam (this is greater appropriate for you) has seeds and chunks of fruit. Peanut butter and jelly is served on bread. Jelly is in comparison to jello yet they the two do jiggle :) it is likewise reffered to as PB&J. -had one this morning-

Mix the PB with a little margarine or butter, then spread it on tortillas and roll it up. Other ethnic flatbreads work, too, but you can't roll all of them. Sometimes a little honey is good in the PB, too.
