Yep it is pretty amazing and pretty powerful to those of us that have come to that realization.
Considering the pride, hatred, blasphemy etc. etc. that I see in a normal day I amazed he hasn't cast this planet in the sun as a bad idea!
Henry Drummond's book "The Greatest thing in the World" takes about it very well you might like to read it IF you can find a copy. It is worth the hunt!

Yes, and I know that His love is unconditional.
I am so glad that Jesus loves me.
He loved me enough to die for me.
Oh the deep deep love of Jesus
Vast, unmeasured, boundless, free
Rolling as a mighty ocean
In its fulness over me
Underneath me, all around me
Is the current of thy love
Leading onward, leading homeward
To my glorious rest above.
The love of God is greater far
Than tongue or pen can ever tell
It goes beyond the highest star
And reaches to the lowest hell.

Did you know that the route into heaven isn't based on a test of Biblical passages? In other words, God really isn't interested in how many passages you can identify.
Too bad you polish the outside of the cup, while the inside remains neglected and full of filth.

,Jesus loved the money changers also but he turned over their tables in a rage at their nonsense. He would not accept the so called religious practices that go on in his name today. I am sure he would turn over many church podiums.

Why yes, I do know that. It is a great thing to know isn't it? It is amazing that we can be loved so much that God gave up his only son for us so that our sins may be forgiven.

dude, im a christian and this would not work on me! popping out verses does not express the love of god. ie- Jesus didnt go around freaking popping out statements like this, he rather hid them. instead he just hung out with them and he actually loved the people.
