I read in Men's Health that men doing 30 mins+ of cardio start to lose muscle mass. I'm pretty skinny fat and I work out with weights ; my question is: how long would be a good time to maximize fat loss while minimizing muscle loss?

actually the first 20-30min doing cardio you lose carbs, then you start burning fat. you shouldnt do cardio for more than 60min - that when you start losing muscle.
