I asked a question in the immigration section of answers on whether anyone thought that the influx of illegals could be a factor of all these diseases such as mumps, measles, flu etc, reoccuring in the U.S. You know in a lot of 3rd world countries, they don't have an immuniztion schedules set up like in the U.S and I wondered if some of these folks, when they come over, are bringing it back with them?

A lot of the people who enter America (or any country) illegally aren't fortunate enough to have access to proper health care. Some people who enter legally bring disease, and citizens who travel abroad will bring things back too. International travel is a pathogen's best friend.
