Personally, I think it would be suicide for CBS to make her the host. There are too many people out there that dislike her.

do I have anyone else in mind? of course...let's see there's...oh EVERYBODY ELSE ON THE PLANET!!!!! I think she would be an awful host! The show will DIE if she hosts it! I'd like to see John O'Hurley but I'm not sure if he's still hosting Family Feud....

Personally I never watch Price is Right. But after the way she is behaving presently I think it would be suicide for the show to have her on it. She'd probably get into it with some little old lady. John O'Hurley would be good but he's doing Family Feud unless that has been cancelled.

You're right. She'd get the ratings at first, but then when people remember how much they hate her, the ratings would drop. I think Ryan Secrest would be good for the gig. After watching other wannabe reality shows, it's clear to me that the man is the best at his job.

Well Bob Barker believes she would be a good choice...but based on recent polls, he is the only one who feels that way. Realistically ANYONE else would make a better host.

As an 11 time Emmy Award Winner, Rosie would be a terrific hostess for TPIR. Her humor and her care for the "regular" folks are a perfect fit. Having worked for TPIR & Mark Goodson/CBS, and with hundreds - thousands of audience members, I feel qualified in this opinion. The media focus and editing hype created by producers on the View and gossip/scandle mongers can not hide the great things that she has done.

Rosie contributes her unique perspective of the world. She has given millions to charity - including $1million to 9/11 victims families. She has given humor to many. She is, by all accounts, a terrific mom. She helped to resurrect interest in Broadway. She has a charity for kids that gives 100% of their profits to needy children. Whether or not you agree with her point of view, she has given all of us pause to think about and question our beliefs. I would bet that the hundreds - thousands of people who sat in the audiences of her Rosie O'Donnell show, and brought home free gifts, still use those free gifts - without thought as to where they came from - while their sheep-like loyalty and opinions have scattered with the trend of the moment....Rosie bashing.

After reading some of the responses to YAHOO answers/Rosie questions, it becomes apparent that there are quite a few bullies out there, who enjoy the opportunity to make themseleves feel better by anonymously bashing another. May such nastiness never come their way.

I agree with you. I would never again watch that show.

Allot of watchers are elderly people, like me, and Rosie is too not liked by us.
