Underarm flab-I have known people that have done exercise with this one and have toned up and everything,and then they end up having huge shoulders-So I prefer a diet on this one.But an excersice TO BURN the fat(The flab) will be really good.
Belly Fat...
Any help will be good.Thanx =)

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body - unfortunately we cant choose which body parts to lose fat off, 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Get yourself a 5 or 8 lb medicine ball, I bought one the other day made by Danskin and it came with a workout guide, complete with pictures and showed you how to use the ball to work those areas. I've been using it for a couple days now and jog on my treadmill for 60 minutes 5 days a week... it helps!

uderarm fat is bad if u were long sleves it means your scared but if u were short sleves u r brave or u could get a tummy tuck and make it go a way
