Yes, a "white person" can get their hair relaxed. It is quite common actually, because most caucasian's hair is naturally wavy. The temporary fix is a hair straightener, but a more permanent fix is a professional chemical relaxer. (Of course, if the original hair is wavy, it will not grow out relaxed. The chemical relaxer would have to be repeated.)

YES, anyone with textured hair can get it relaxed. GO TO A SALON.

Yes they can but its called a perm I believe(correct me if Im wrong) I STRONGLY suggest you get it proffessionally done.

yes you can, but i suggest getting a straightening iron and doing it yourself, or if your going to do it chemically-DEFINITLY go professional.
