I will be protected because i carry around condoms no matter where i go just in case.... im 13 and i really want to but idk if i should... i have started my period so it shouldnt hurt me, should it? my partner is my same age except a few months older and we agreed on it .... plz give me responses before tomorrow because thats wen we plan on it but if you all think its wrong then i mght not do it

Sounds like you're really having doubts. Look, You are ONLY 13! That is way too young to have sex.Condoms break all the time especially if you don't know how to use one. At least wait until you're 16 that way in case you have a baby you could drive it to the doctor and stuff. What would you do if you got pregnant? You wouldn't be able to go out and have fun with your friends, people at school would think that was slutty and you might lose a few friends. You will probably end up dropping out of school and not even be with the same guy in 2 years regardless if you have sex with him or not. If you do have sex with him and have a baby you definitely won't be with him because he will NOT stick around. He knows he can't take care of a baby. If you think everyone else is doing it they're not. They are just trying to sound cool. 13 is too young to take on the responsibility of caring for someone else and their needs. You couldn't even take care of yourself if you lived on your own right now. It sounds like you don't know much about sex either. Just because you started your period doesn't mean it won't hurt. What does that have to do with anything? I'm not saying to wait until marriage because many people don't and it sounds like you don't want to wait that long either. But at least wait until you love someone. When you love someone you will know and be sure that you want to have sex with them and you won't even think about asking whether it's right or not. When you're in love with the person you have sex with it is 100x better. That's what I did. I did it when I was 16 which was 3 years ago and we are still together. Trust me if you wait it will be so worth it.

DONT. 13 is too early. I was 16 when I had my first time and now, many years later, I think back and wish I hadnt at that time with that person. I thought I was in love and the whole bit but now I know I wasnt. Do yourself a favor and hang out with your friends, stay involved in school, and just be 13. Dont have sex and have to worry about things like sex, condoms, pregnany, stds, infections, etc. Life will be much easier for you, as it should be at 13. If you do decide to do it, (against what everyone here has told you!!) be prepared to deal with all the possible life changing consequences. Make good decisions!!

Why Child is this necessary
While you may have desires your body is sacred unto you and your creator..How could anyone at this age deserve that you would give them the most precious thing of you..What have they done so wonderful and noble that you would allow them into your body..I can think of nothing...
If you go forward you will never be the same and it will have implications that will have bear upon you for the rest of your life and in fact just might determine what you life will be and how far in life you can go...In addition you risk creating a life that you are not in a position to care for or you may be faced with the decision to take a life...A terrible burden and unfair to the potential life you may create...Do not think that protection will protect you from this risk and others..
There must be another way to show love and it is not defined by the physical act of sex...
Save yourself for the appropriate time with the appropriate partner..The man who will love you and protect you and be with you for all of your days...I'm sure you are worth it and if you save yourself for that man you will have a better chance
of a worthy man who will love you and cherish you....

All I can tell you if YOU'RE NOT READY FOR SEX. You might think you are, but sex is something very important especially the first time. You have no idea how much you will regret it when you get older and find the right guy. Or it might be the same guy you are with now, but it just won't be the same. My suggestion. Don't buy any condoms or take the pill, just don't do it so young...
I waited until I was 26 and I have no regrets what so ever..

if you are asking for an opinion HERE then you know you should NOT go through with this. you are young. why be in such a hurry to do this? You have many many many years of life ahead of you to do this so why rush and do it now when you aren't even sure you should. what if the condom breaks and you get pregnant? are you ready to be a mama at age 13? are you ready for the emotional side effects? I had sex at an early age (not 13 though) and I really wish I hadn't because you know what...on my wedding night that was my husbands regret...that neither of us had waited and we weren't each other's first....don't rob yourself or your future hubby of that precious gift! Think about hun.

Okay sweetie, deep down you know it's wrong. That's why you're asking a bunch of strangers for their opinions.
You're the only one who can make the decision. I can't tell you to wait until you're in love, because maybe that's not the person you are. Just please think about it long and hard. If you really want a yes or no answer though, I say no. Don't do it.

Even if you have your period, chances are it will still hurt.
Also note that condoms can break. The only way to make sure that you will not get pregnant is to not have sex at all. At 13, getting pregnant could change the course of your whole life, and it will not be fun.

Hey..Well just because you started your period..Doesnt mean its gonna hurt less..& if you think your ready its all on you i lost my virginity when i was 14..The safest thing would prolly be to wait a little bit longer cuz it doesnt matter if you have a condom or not..they dont always work..would you really wanna end up pregnant at 13 you gotta think about those kind of things too..But its all on you & ur partner..kk good luck hun!!!

DON"T DO IT!! I'm not trying to be a mom...it's just that 13 is so awfully young! Most of my friends had it for the first time between 17-21. No offense, but you'll feel trashy after doing it this young. And you'll definitely regret it. Yes, it will hurt.
