I recently purchased the Char-Broil Patio Caddy, an electric grill. I am looking for some Weight Watchers friendly recipes (grilled veggies, fish...). Do I cook the food the same as regular gas grill???

You can use the same ingredients as you would on a charcoal grill. the taste wont be the same as it would be on charchoal but it will still be good. Try adding some mesquite and bbq seasoning to your fish.

The person asking the question already said they have access to a micro-wave oven. There are many things that you can cook in the micro-wave and on the stove top. If your cooking meat in the micro-wave be very careful especially with chicken. Can you not get a toaster oven then you can cook baked potatoes and even chicken peices etc. There is also rice cookers, slow cookers and crock pot and I know here in Canada they can be purchsed for less than $50.00.

For items that are grilled then eaten, yes, its' the same.

If you are trying to smoke on your gas grill, then no, times vary from charcoal to gas.
