Just take her aside, so it's you and her or very little trafficking, and tell her *blank* I know I haven't known you for long, but i have to let you know how I feel about you. (assuming this is correct->) I feel happy when I'm with you. You're so smart, and pretty, and just an amazing girl and I just want to be with you. *blank* I love you. [say this like you mean it. Don't tell a girl "I Love You". It is a phrase that is used far too often. It's used from trying to get a girl to sleep with you to trying to have your co-worker take your shift on your birthday. Instead tell her WHY you love her.
This will make her listen to what you really have to say. Most pretty girls hear I love yhou from any guy who wants to get in their pants, so if you TRULEY love her tell her why.
Let her know that everytime she comes to see you, you get butterflies in your stomac.
Let her know that she is the one person you would put all your desires aside for just to make her as happy as she can be.
If you can do this then you really do love her and then you have a good reason to tell her when you are alone and quiet. You look in her eyes and say "Sweetheart, I love you with all my heart." and she will know it's the truth.

Just so you don't get hurt. Make sure you really love her and find out how she feels about you. This is communicating time. This in important in any relationship. Tell her you have feelings for her but you want to know where she stands. I would hate to hear you say that and than she says something to break your heart. Good Luck.

You tell her with your mouth. But, I warn you... that doesn't really display love to her.
To really tell a girl you love her:
* Be reliable
* Be patient
* Listen to what she has to say
* Show that you're listening to her by your responses or actions
* Do things for her without her asking (like washing her car, cooking for her, etc)
* Respect her thoughts and dreams
* Don't waste her money
* Treasure your time with her.... don't waste it
* Tell her she's beautiful
* Don't look at other women
* Share your emotions with her, not other women
* Share your belongings with her
* Give her gifts every now and then
* Be giving of your time (even over your best friends).

give it some more time fast relastionships dont last forever.but if you say you love her then just tell her from your heart how you feel about her tell her how you feel every time yall are together and how you feel when your around her but just be careful 9 month is still not enough time to really really know some body really well.

Do mostly non verbal language. Signals. Observing. Make friends with her girl friends. Get the feeling. Induce the acts.

normally you pull her aside, look into her eyes then say the 3 words that will most likely have you stuck in a committed relationship till death do you part.
I really got to be a little less sadistic about love, its just that me and love dont get along :P

If you know her so long it no problem,like we say in Italy women are goddess and you need to tell her while you hold her hand that you tried ever were to find a missing pieces in your life but nothing fit till you meet her and she is perfect.

it doesn't matter how long you have known someone it matters how you feel. tell her soon or you might lose her b/c she might think that you do. and I applaud you on wanting to tell her because most men never say it unless they know the woman is upset with him. She probably waiting on you to tell her you love her go for it.

just say it- if you're around her enough to know that you love her odds are she probly likes you and maybe has the same feeligns as you...show her and let her know that you care a lot about her- one big thing that girls want is to feel special and appreciated
