First of all, congratulations on your weight loss! It seems as though you're in control, so don't let fun times pass you by. You are obviously in control of your eating habits. Just remember: moderation, moderation, moderation. Don't leave home without it! Just don't stay home! Have a great time at the pub and at the Chinese restaurant. Any noticeable weight gain you might notice after your nights out should dissipate by morning provided you don't overindulge.

First off, I'm impressed at your weight loss! That's awesome. You should be telling ME what to do. But since you ask, there's no problem with eating out. I eat out almost every day. The trick is to make healthy choices. Do a little research and find some Chinese foods that will fit in your diet, for example, before you go to that restaurant. Choose the lean meats or a salad at the pub.
Restaurant foods are usually the same foods you would have available at the grocery store, so they're not worse for you than eating at home. It's always all about the foods you choose to put in your mouth, wherever you eat.

No dude chill. You'll be fine. You probably know that 3,500 calories equal 1lb. You probably wont eat a meal that big at any of the restaurants you'll be going to.
At most, you might (emphasis on might) gain 1 lb but my advise is to just go to the park after or before and do like 30 mins of extra exercise like joggng or even walking. Again, this is not really necessary, but do it if it will make you feel better.
It is perfectly safe for your health! Just relax and hang out with your buddies and have fun. If you are really concerned, order something healthy from the menu.

There are healthy foods you could eat. First of all don't over do it, eat a medium portion and not to much carbs. Mixed steamed Veggies or salad and roasted meat. Choose white rice instead of fried rice or chow main, witch has lots of fats.
You will be fine.
Great job on loosing weight. I hope you feel great :)

FIRST OF ALL, CONGRATULATIONS. YOUVE LOST TONS OF WEIGHT, AND THAT IS COMMENDABLE.
however, you have to keep maintaining the weight in mind. now it wouldnt be much fun to totally revolve your life around maintaing weight, but that could be signifcant. you can a) not go out, or b) compensate for it by working extra hard to exercise and lose the weight you gained over the two nights. or order something light

I doubt it. The liver holds excess fat and carbo for about 3 days before dispatching it, so just exercise. Anyway, if you are concerned about your health, then you should avoid fried, salty or sweet stuff while at the dinner. Try to go for boiled or steamed. Those are healthy options. Oh, and don't forget your vegetables! :)

i don't think that you would gain weight by going out because Chinese food is usually healthy for you.
