i want to know what that means cause i'm 23 and i'm too old to be playing games

I am over twice your age but will attempt to help you.
In my understanding - anyone who is playing the game or a "player" is someone who is ONLY out for themselves and what they can get, whether it be sex. money, "stuff", a very shallow, insecure person who will use you and then dump you - both male and female.
You sound WAY too smart to let someone do that to you.
I have learned in my life that integrity, honesty and sincerity will get you a long way and lying and scamming will always come back to bite you in the azz sooner or later.

lol, im 24 and i have yet to "join the game" :P. Its basicly when they beat around the bush about their feelings because they are shy about it so they resort to "games".
Also 23 isnt too old at all, your only as old as you feel So get into it, go grab the next random batcholor on the street and play the game heh :)

i suspect that just means to date to learn to smile and show interest in what this new person is saying and doing. it does not mean to lie or to go about having sex only to accept that some times you have to date a person a few times even though you may not think he or she is hot just to find out that he or she is the one for you . i think that is what the game is

there might be different definitions, but there are at least two
1) the first is a "defensive", in which both the guy or the gal pretends to be only somewhat interested in the other, in which neither are entirely direct with another
2) the next is an offensive, in which both are more extravagant with another, but again, they are not entirely honest in their short or long-term intentions
