Alternately, a better way would be:
Salut, je m'appelle Josephine.

Âllo can be replaced by other salutations, like "Âllo" (hello on the phone), "Bonjour" (good day).

Either work. Bonjour, mon nom est.... is directly the meaning. but je m'apelle means the same thing basically.
