I suggest doing cardio exercises like running everyday (or take one day off) for about 45 minutes. You may want to swim or something on the side as well to help with weight loss.

Be sure to eat right, too! Eat about 1200-1500 calories per day, with 60% of them coming from carbs like whole-grain products (bread, pasta, rice, etc.) Eat a good amount of protein as well, and limit your saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium intake. Don't have trans fats. Take a multivitamin pill because with that few of calories, chances are you aren't getting all the vitamins and minerals you need that are out there through your food.

Drink a lot of water because water supports in all of your bodily functions.

You will probably lose quite a bit at first especially if you eat badly and don't exercise right now. It may be only four-seven days before you notice slight results. Weight loss will slow over time but don't get discouraged about it. Keep going and work hard.

Good luck.

to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) - running, swimming, jogging, cycling, elliptical, rope jumping etc - anything that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat.
