how easy it it to track who is using bit-torrent?

I guess it depends on who is trying to track you...if you're asking can I be caught illegally downloading or sharing copyrighted material with Bit-torrent the answer is YES. There are programs that can identify the person who originally uploaded it, who has since downloaded it, and the IP addresses are logged.

ur isp can see the packets that r going bac n forth between u n the torrents

easy as heck. everyone can see everyone's ip
but it takes people with the authorities and willingness to contact ISP and ask them for user info based on the IP they collected

nobody that i know has gotten caught using it- ive never used it
