Yes, of course you can. God is tolerant of everyone and loves us all. He is supposed to be our "father" and if that is truely what he is then he shall love us all no matter what we do. I mean, I know my dad would still always love me and care about me no matter who I chose to love, or what I chose to do, I could even lie, steal, and kill, and I know that my dad would still love me, so why wouldn't God.

We are all created by God. I feel as a Christian, I am not to judge others, including homosexuals. I am to point out what God told others in the Bible about sin(s) and that we are to love everyone and learn to live with each other here on Earth. Sin is sin in the eyes of God, whether is is telling a lie, stealing, committing murder or even being a homosexual. We are to love the person but hate the sin. We are also told to be a light unto the world and to live in the world but to not be part of the world. Therefore, we are to live as Jesus did. Jesus ate with the tax collector, talked with the adultress woman at the well, etc.

We can love the homosexual people, but hate their sin.
Matthew 5:43-48 (HCSB, Holman Christian Standard Bible)
Love Your Enemies
43 "You have heard that it was said, Love your neighbor and hate your enemy. 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 so that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. For He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward will you have? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing out of the ordinary? Don't even the Gentiles do the same? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Anyone that will tell you any different from what i say now is wrong. You can love the person but not the actions, in general love them as a child of God. You do not take up with those that lay beside Evil, for in doing so you too shall be covered in the filth. If they do not renounce Evil, they must be cast out.
To let them remain, means their Evil will permeate through your midst. A white clothe can become black but a black clothe easily remains black.

The Bible does not teach tolerance as it is defined today. But it does teach that you should love gay/lesbian/bi folks, and there is no strong Biblical evidence against homosexuality (anti-homosexual passages are always read out of context). Many Christian denominations are tolerant of homosexuality, including the Episcopalians (most of them), United Methodists, Quakers, and off-shoots of many conservative denominations.

For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son......
The world is everyone not just the ones we choose...
Love your brother as yourself...
God is love....
Psalm 97:10 NIV
Let those who love the LORD hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
Romans 12:9 NIV
[ Love ] Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good
All of the above are from God's Word...
We are called to love each other and in love we are to lead others back to the "straight and narrow path" that leads to salvation and not to travel the wide open path that leads to destruction...
You are right we are called to love one another!!!

We as Christians can love all people, but we don't have to love their sin. God hates the sin, but loves the sinner. Sin is sin. When I was in the service. I had roommates that were gay, but I didn't hate them. I accept them for what they are.
Not what they do. They are people just like everyone else. In order to change someone. We have to show love, and pray for them. Jesus would show love, and help them.

It totaly teaches love.
THE BIBLE DOSE NOT TEACH TOLERANCE.
I dont know who told you that but it dosent.
It teaches that theres only 1 way, 1 truth, 1 life
What it says is what Gods telling us.
It tells us to love......well if you love someone you want the best for them right?
The best would be eternal life.
You cant get that living in sin.
So ANY sin wouldnt be good for anyone.
I love people enought to try to show them there not going the right way. Yeah.

Of course. God doesn't wish for us to hate anyone. Although, tolerating really just means to put up with it. Remember, there are gay/lesbian/bi Christians out there, but are considered blasphemous. They don't hate you. And hate is never the answer. Sorry for the cliched answere, though.

By all means. Yes that's exactly what the bible teaches..
Keep in mind. I can have a child behaving in a way I disapprove of, and I will continue to love my child, but not approve - and not HAVE TO approve of their behaviour.
Love is the greatest gift God gave humanity!
Have a great one! ♥
