Yeah, it can happen.
Ditto.

Proverbs: outta' the spirit (in a person) comes the Forces of Life.
IF you put the Word of GOD in there by Reading the Bible, Hearing the Bible Preached, Taught etc.
CD's good too!
When you hear the Word of GOD by Reading the Bible, a Voice inside of you speaks what you are Reading with your Eyes and you HEAR the Word, in your Mind.
Faith comes by Hearing.
The Substance of Faith in your spirit will fire up your spirit and start giving out the Forces of Life (spiritually), which then proceed to go Into your Body!!!
Healing, strength so on.

Depends. What do you define as "your spirit"?

If you are literally speaking of and/or referring to that part of you that some refer to as "a divine spark", or that which "comes from God", or that which "animates" or "gives us life", or, in esoteric terms our "monad", then no, I do not believe that such a thing can be burdened by anything of this world, as it is NOT of this world.

What is sounds like to me, is that you are talking about your "attitude" or how you feel--which, by esoteric definition, is what is referred to as your "emotional" or "astral body".

Now, it really isn't "affected", but we are effected by it--and this is all dependent upon our level of (development) of our consciousness.

Back to your 'emotional self' (or whatever you wish to call it).

By either suppressing or repressing your emotions--versus expressing them in a positive or harmless fashion, you can cause yourself to be burdened, which can in-turn affect your physical body.

No, I am not saying that we should be without feelings and emotions--we need them and they are very much an important part of us, as they are a primary ingredient in "experience".

(Note: By the way I believe are different things; i.e., feelings are what goes on 'inside'. Emotions are what are expressed--or to emote.

So, what to do?

First make sure that your physical tiredness isn't due to some other cause like illness, nutritional, drug related (can be prescription drugs), or other physical malady.

Go see a doctor.

Then after you have elminated these causes, then you can move onto more "esoteric" (hidden) causes such as emotions and feelings--and identifying and addressing them...and again, even emotions and feelings can be caused by all sorts of things not relating to emotions and feelings.

Remember a large part of who and what you are is nothing more than being one HUGE electo-chemical factory (your body).

Oh, please accept my apologies--did you just want to complain or have someone feel sorry for you, or did you want to "get better"?

You didn't say. (?)

Regards,

Yep. body and spirit are mutually connected. therefore, whatever affects one, ultimately affects the other. becoming spiritually burdened can in fact manifest itself in actual physical tiredness, the cause of which is often unknown.

Mine does sometimes. I feel heavy and tired of thinking of problems.I think the Spirit of a person can be broken too.

Yeah...I'm not sure, but I think you mean mental exhaustion. Stress in the mind can cause you to feel physically weak.
