I think "playing" with the toilet paper roll doesn't have anything to do with the cat's litterbox's being there. Some cats just love to unroll the stuff. I have put toilet paper in a spare wastebasket by the toilet to prevent this.

cats seem to love toilet paper...i had a cat several years ago that would unrole the entire role of toilet paper when it was on the toiletpaper hanger thing on the wall, when we did something different he just started chasing the roll through the house. and forget about buying large quantities of the stuff...had to put it under lock and key finally...

Cause it cant reach to put it in the toilet...

Try putting your paper so that it comes off from the back, that way when the cat attempts to unroll it, he is actually rolling it up.

Maybe your cat just likes toilet paper.

For use for later. LOL.

No, cats especially young cats will play with anything. He or she is just playing and is using toilet paper as their toy their "catch of the day". My cat likes the plastic rings off of milk jugs when you open them. He collects them.

Lol! Thats funny! Maybe the litter hurts the cat's feet so it uses tiolet paper as a cushion. If you want them to stop, maybe try a different litter.

If he's dragging his butt around the carpet, it itches. He would have worms or the nutrients you're feeding him is to wealthy and making his poop runny and itchy. in case you won't be in a position to take him to a vet, attempt feeding him kitten chow (crunchy) and while you're feeding him moist nutrients, stop for awhile and notice if that enables. verify his poop for little bitty (the size of a grain of rice) worms. you will desire to purchase cat wormer at maximum grocery shops, yet study the labels, as some are not good for kittens. length is likewise important to dosage. good success!

I think..
Wait how does he get it out?
They always want to cover up the spot.. right?
So they drag things into the litterbox to cover it up.
But my cat likes to put socks and/or socks in there.
It's wierd!
