To answer your question--I'd rather eat off real plates.
To address the other things you said:
From the age of about 12, I washed the dishes at our house every single night (along with numerous other chores) and we didn’t have a dishwasher. It won’t kill you.
It does not matter that you are not the owner of the house or an adult. You live in the house, therefore you need to contribute to keeping it clean. The fact that you’re pregnant makes no difference. Believe it or not, during my pregnancies, I still did housework every day.
And don’t call your parents lazy. I assume they are doing at least some of the following: working, paying the bill, other housework, providing for your needs, etc, etc.

I so would rather eat off paper plates for ever.. lol.. but my children need a good influence...I would drink out of old jelly jars too.. don't forget the matching empty cool-whip containers as a salad bowl.. lol kekeke... being a little lazy once in awhile is okay but every night no way..but being prego.. I would do what ever made my life easier at the time.. get your hubby to help.. if he doesn't understand the pain or being tired load up a backpack of 30 pounds and let him do all you do with it on for a week until he understands you better..

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you doing the dishes whether you are pregnant or not. There is nothing wrong with you doing other chores around the house either. At 17 I doubt you will be the CEO of any fortune 500 company so you should know the one time purchase of a set of dishes is far less expensive then running to the store for paper plates. This questions confirms that you are not only not ready to be a parent, have no idea of financial responsibility nor are you ready to live on your own.

We use styrofoam plates most of the time, but real cups and silverware. Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean that you shouldn't have to do household chores. I got pregnant at 17 and still had to help out around the house until the day I went into labor. Plus, if that is all you are asked to do feel lucky. And you hate it now, just wait till you get your own place and have to all of the housework yourself. Your pregnant, it's time to grow up.

i understand what you mean.. people on here are stupid!! if your parents expect you to do the dishes all the time its not fair that they dont do anything its not going to hurt them to stick the platesin the dish washer after they use them instead of letting them pile up so u have to do it all. yeahim 7 months n 17 also and it depends on your pregnancy.. no one can tell you its not goign to hurt you they dont know how your pregnancyis its not gign to kill you but if there somthing about your pregnancy that makes it harder for you to do things and you being the onlyone.. AND TO THE RUDE ONE UP ABOVE.. paper plates doesnt mean ur not mature enough to be a ******* parent so **** you.. it just means shes had to doo alot and when she has her own place she wants paper plates.. so fuckign what!! she wants paper plates..kiss her ***.. :) ♥ go with paper plates!!

You shouldn't be the only one to do the dishes out of fairness. However I don't find loading the dishwasher for everyone that much trouble. If you do, though, there is nothing wrong with paper plates.

Go for the paper and save water, plus the paper can be recycled.
