I have olive toned skin, and i don't get sun burns even when i don't use sunblock. should i use the lotion anyways? will I damage my skin if i don't use sunblock?

Yes, you should wear SPF everyday even if you do not get sunburned. Over time, sun exposure leads to break down of collagen & uneven pigmentation. So you may look fine now but be sorry later.

I would think that it would be a good idea to wear some even if you dont get a sunburn, but you probably dont need a high spf, try one between 8 and 20, this should help avoid most skin damage.

Yes, you should use lotions anyway. Light skin may show the signs of sun damage first as people get older but anyone can get skin cancer eventually if they get too much unprotected sun.

you should always wear sunblock if not protective clothing. if your skin gets tan, tanning is as much damage as 2 sunburns put together.
