Anyone else think we have seen enough of Rosie O'donnell, and now they are considering her to take Bob Barker's place as host of the Price is Right game show??? Anyone else think John O'Hurley would make a better host like I do????

don't care she is gay....she is just OBNOXIOUS and a BULLY to me, with a voice like a grinder!!!! Hurley would be funny!!! AND PLEASANT!!!

I beg to differ, it isn't so much that Bob Barker won't be host anymore, he's done it for so many years, Kudo's he gets to retire and enjoy some free time.....I just can't imagine watching that loudmouth Rosie on Anything anymore, much less that game show!!!!!

Oh please no, not Rosie. I don't even watch TPIR but that woman needs to get off the telly. And it's not that she is gay either. She is a bitter, ugly (in spirit) woman that is full of hate for everyone and everything and she just spews vile, mean words at any opportunity.
I can't get over just how putrid that woman's soul must be because she is so full of hatred and loathing for anyone outside of the gay community and the comment about the troops was out of order.

Rosie would not be a good host of the show. Here's why: 1. Rosie would not give the show any better ratings. People do not watch the show for the host, it's about the games. Rosie gave "The View" a ratings bump because people wanted to hear her rant. Rosie will not be able to speak (it's not her job to do so on "The Price Is Right". 2. Rosie is too hated by a lot of people. There will be protests by some and that might lead to sponsors pulling out. Why would the producers want that when they can hire someone who is not hated by anyone. 3. Rosie would cost the show revenue. The small bump in ratings (if any) that Rosie might get would only break even too the people that would refuse to watch the show because of her. Again, why would the producers want any of the headache when they can hire someone who is completely neutral to everyone?

Rosie has already been chosen which I am really bummed about. I would rather Bob Barker not retire and for him to snap out of it and choose some one else besides Rosie. John O'Hurley would be soooooo much better than her.

As an 11 time Emmy Award Winner, Rosie would be a terrific host for TPIR. She is great w/ "regular" folks, and finds great joy in giving things to people. Her humor is perfect for the show. She is a generous person having given away millions of dollars to charities, including $1million to the 9/11 victims families & her own children's charity/blog driven 100% proceeds to impoverished kids. Having worked for TPIR/Mark Goodson and CBS and the numerous contestants that have been on the show, I can honestly say that she would be great! John O'Hurley would be fine, but Rosie would be Fantabulous.

John O'Hurley hands down! I think he is funny and has great comedic timing. That would work well with a game show, especially with the Price is Right. His dry sense of humor would be great against the overly excited fans. Rosie is just a bad choice all around! Don't give her a mic she may just decide to use it for her own blabbering, opinionated drool against whatever tupe wearing, conservative animal that she wants!

I think John O'Hurley is obnoxious ever since the 1st season of Dancing with the Stars, when he wanted a rematch because he came in 2nd to Kelly Manaco from GH. Now hes on Family Feud. I would watch with Rosie She would make the show more Fun. Even Bob Says So!!!

Well yeah, I am SICK of Rosie but O'Hurley comes across like he has a stick up his butt. He's too formal and uptight. Wouldn't it be a hoot if Ellen DeGeneres could do it? I'd watch it every day!

Let's face it guys. We're not going to like anyone they pick to replace Bob Barker. Bob Barker was "The Price Is Right". People, especially older people, don't like change. Whoever they pick will be a tough sell.
