Most chihuahuas are 4-6 lb. Standard is 2-6 altho I have never seen a 2lb one. Some will get as big as 10 lb. All chihuahuas are a toy breed. No such thing as a teacup. Chihuahua breeder for 9 yr.

Chihuahauas don't get big, they can be 3 pounds. They r very small dogs. A short hair or a long haired can be up to at least 8 pounds, if she/hes not over weight. Well take care.

they can be from 2 pound to usually 12 pounds. My one male is full grown 1 1/2 years old and weighs in at 2pounds 3 ounces. I also have on that is a very good weight but weighs in at 12 pounds.
When breed mine are usually between 3-6 pound when full grown.
There is another breeder in my area ( although I question if they are really purebred) hers at the smallest is 14 Pound -18 pounds this is very unusual.

It depends on whether you get a tea cup chihuahua or toy or just a standard size. Plus most people really over feed and spoil their dogs so there are overweight. I would say anywhere between 3-7lbs.
