i've noticed this for the past month,she is not scratching there nor does it seem to bother her what could be the problem?

Benadryl will ease her with some relief in easy terms, if hypersensitive reactions,.. yet there is gotta be a reason,.. i think of if not parasites then hormone loss,... i'm taking with no attention that she is spayed.

She could have some sort of internal parasite. It's best to have her checked by a vet so they could do some tests maybe.

That pattern is almost always from fleas allergy. Your vet can check her out and see what's going on!
