I don't care if it's the "right" way or not. Just something quick for the vacation so I can enjoy myself w/o being self conscious! Me, hubby & in-laws, plus other ppl I never met are going to be at a camp for a whole week! I'm so self conscious cuz no one has seen lots of them haven't seen me since the weight gain (which is more than 10lbs, but I'll settle for that for now) I know this is dumb, but I can't help it. Any quick fixes just till I get back?

Eat only 1000 calories per day, NO MORE.
Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Don't forget your multivitamin.
Run or walk 3 miles per day.
Low-fat everything.

It's not really a quick fix but I lost twelve pounds in two weeks doing it and the results were very very noticeable. It's very simple too. Just keep your fat intake between 20-30 grams a day. Read the labels (nutrition facts) of all the food you eat and make sure that you at least average twenty fat grams but do not exceed thirty.

first - BE CAREFUL. That said follow the link I added below. Take Magnesium Citrate to "clean the pipes" so to speak. This is probably the fastest way to empty the old bod'. It may not get rid of 10 lbs. in two weeks, but you will be sitting on the commode for such a long time that you will drop a certain amount of pounds. I wouldn't take this stuff but one bottle every two days. AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

It worked for me, but might not for you.

I went low carb, low fat. 0 sugar, 0 alcohol, Lots of green vegi and no butter or dressing.

Eat chicken, fish and broccoli. no bread, no potatos, no rice, no sweet vegs like corn or carrots. Stay away from tomatos and tomato based products, they have sugar. Becareful of milk products, they can have fat and lactose (sugar).

Drink lots of water and move every spare moment.

I bet this will lose you at least a 1lb. a day if not 10 lbs in a week.

Don't starve...your body will react and try to hang on to fat.

Damn, now that I said it out loud, I've got no excuse for not losing 10lbs myself. Thanks!

Have fun on vacation...even if you don't reach your goal.!
