What is the web site with the worst design?

As in the original question, it doesn't matter if it is a school project or a personal website, just an example of very bad taste (in design of course). Blogs and myspace profiles are not allowed.

When you ask for the worst commercial sites, can you also consider how these "worst" commercial sites became what they are? Perhaps we should consider how poorly their webpages were designed initially. For example, can we list the "worst" coding techniques which create a "worst" website, which according to the definition of a "commercial" fail as a "commercial" website since the website are totally invisible to the rest of us who use search engines to find these websites. These "worst" website, cannot be brought up on any major search engine when the user query contains "generic" keywords [rather than a particular domain name or brand].

Here is a list of DO NOTs to web designers when creating a "commercial" website:

1. When setting up a pure FLASH website, the web designer should not fail to fill in the "properties" entry for the , <description> and <keywords> which are critical metatags that search robots rely on to index the website into search engine/directory databases.<br /> <br /> 2. Do not create pure stylized graphic text [shown as .gifs] without attaching ALT entries - which again are indexable by search robots. What wrong with keeping text in HTML? And,<br /> <br /> 3.
