Why do I see a (possibly inflammatory) question in this section and then 5 minutes later it's gone? Are there actually fascists who report other people and have their questions removed just because they don't like what they're saying/asking? Is this what America has come to???

some people delete their own questions. reporting actually works very slow and things reported aren't always deleted.

Don't really know... I do think that America is in a LOT of trouble and needs people who will stand up for our vanishing rights! But seriously, I came across that myself and it seems that there are so many questions that are coming up that in order to see that question again, you have to skip 2-3 pages to find it. This question is already on the second page before I started typing and will probably be on the 3rd or fourth before I submit this answer. Good luck!

Yes, always has been. If you want your constitutional rights, go find yourself a federal issue and venue. If you want to use a private businesses venue (i.e. YA) then you go by their rules. If you don't like their rules, you can:

A. Start your own business
B. Find a different venue
C. Not use any venue
D. Go insult someone at a bar and get punched in the face

Free country bub. I'll give myself a drink for that one. Anyone care to join? Glugg, aahhh that was refreshing!

Also, the turnover of questions on this section is so high it may well have simply gone flying off the first page. Check the others.

This isn't America, it is Wiki, it is pure democracy. The people you would like to punch in the face for being stupid and abusive with their questions (who would not dare to state their questions as they do without being anonymous) can be taken care by following the rules - law - instant action - isn't that nice.
