my right leg inside at the very top . that is sore i am a mover and i was puting a heavy box in a crawl space so bent over in an odd manner and walking . the pain discomfort happens when i bend over to pick stuff up. no bruise no bump or lump.
anyway what can i do to tend to this . another thing if this is a groin injury why do i never hear of women with this problem as thier legs attach at the same point i would think .

i had the same thing steping down from the curb to cross the street. it called a groin pull . it really hurts.espcallily in the morning,. takes about 3 days to go away . take advil if you can . then go to the drs if it keeps up ,. good luck .

You pulled a muscle on your inner groin. It connects between your groin and your leg and when you pull it it hurts. Women have this muscle as well.
