I would ask Him what I can do to improve my relationship with Him and be a better Christian. This is what I desire more than anything.

My question would be "What is UP with the monthly period thing?! You couldn't have thought of another way to do this???!"
Then I would go on to other questions like why isn't there world peace, why is there greed and hatred, etc.
