and its where you dont eat / drink sugar , dont eat bread ( and stuff like that )
all you eat is meat.
and drink water.
you could eat as much as you want but just avoid sugar, bread, grease and stuff.

and exercise daily.

First off let me say this…a 13 year old does not need to diet at your weight. You simply need to eat healthier and exercise. Like someone else said, exercise! It relieves stress, makes you happy due to chemicals released in your body during beneficial physical activity, and it gives you long lean muscles which make you look taller and thinner. Believe me, the scale says nothing. Its all about how you feel and look….dont skip meals, especially breakfast. If you eat bread, eat wheat or whole grain bread. Meat is fine as long as it’s a lean cut, egg whites are good, and the best part of eating fruits and veggies is that you are not limited! Have as much as you want…but don’t force yourself to eat something you don’t like. If you hate broccoli, try lettuce. If you hate apples, try pineapple instead. Its all about enjoying what you eat and keeping your body fueled at the same time. If running is boring or you hate going to the gym, try playing a sport like soccer. When I was in high school I had a supermodel body cause I played soccer on two teams and worked out three times a week. Its easy and after you get used to the healthy eating habits and the physical activity, you will enjoy doing it. as a college student and a full time receptionist in a professional office, I miss the days of youth soccer. So enjoy it while you can and remember: a 13 year old is still growing. Don’t deprive yourself of the things you need in your diet. In fact, don’t even call it a “diet” call it a “healthy lifestyle change” and stick with it. your heart will thank you one day!

You need to eat right not stop eating at all. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink water, milk, and orange juice. Exercise a few times a week, not every day. And just be active. Play basketball with some friends, get up and dance to your favorite songs.
If you stop eating all together, your body will turn to itself and feed off itself.
Also take a daily multivitamin, this will give you the nutrients you may not get throughout the day.

Honestly you are young. Your body is not done growing yet and you are not at full maturity. You should eat healthy and exercise. Drink a lot of water and avoid too much sugar. Honestly when you grow older your body may just fill out. You may grow taller to even out your weight or you may even lose weight. Ever heard of baby fat? It is not something just mothers who have children get, it's something you have when you are not quite at adolescence yet. Good Luck honey.

13 and 136? I am 3 years older and 6 pounds heavier. In my eyes you are perfect. You don't need to diet. You are not fat. Just stay fit. You can't go wrong with sports. Even if you don't like to run track will help. Think about whether you want to stay fit or be lazy. Track or softball, basketball, soccer, or even basketball.
Just do me a favor and don't do anything stupid.
Don't eat a lot of sugar. But don't eat less just eat healthier. Become a vegeterian, it is healthier.

you might be eating too many calories. from what i can tell, you have a high protein intake. cut down on meat, eggs, full fat milk and eat more fruits and vegetables, rice, cereal (sugarfree NO cinnamon toast crunch, chereerieos, fruit loops etc). dont exercise EVERY day. 3 times a week is fine. if you overdo it, you wont get any results. its great that you've decided to take action and lose a little weight. good luck!

Think about what this food will do to you before you eat it after you think about think about how much you will not gain if you will gain when you eat it. Then think if you do not eat this food it may help you fit into a smaller bathing suit during the summer
Hey I am doing the same thing and i am your age it has helped a lot good luck i have the same problem and after thinking about the food i eat for three weeks i have lost ten pounds and i am not joking

Hey buddy I am trying to quit smoking today.
Did well but smoked, like you ate.
June 20 will be may judgement day or Waterloo.
We both have to be committed to what we want and need.
No crap food for and no cigs for me.
