Honey, Don't have kids, don't go in the sun, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, drink only one cup of black coffee if your are a coffee drinker, otherwise don't start. Keep exercising, don't eat any type of junk food, only drink 2% milk, go to bed early, get up early. Always use lotion and when you are going to be outside use sun block no less than 40. More if your in the southwest. Get my point? Even with doing this, you can't stop the natural and genetics of the aging process without plastic surgery. (which when over done makes you look like a doll this was left to melt its plastic to form to long.) Even that can't stop the process. My grandmother in law has a glass of vodka everyday sometimes more and is 96. She only suffered from gout until a few months ago. She looks late 50's maybe 60's. Different people, different enviornments make different out comes. You can slow it down, but can never stop it.

Whats wrong with aging? You gain wisdom with age. We live in a youth oriented, life in the fast lane, sex and consumer dictated society in the USA, which depreciates the advantages of old age. Without aging and inevitable death all life, as we know it, would be impossible because the world would soon be wall to wall plants, animals and people.
I'm 75 years "young" and am healthy, happy and expect to live until I'm at least 90 and enjoy it.
You can't control aging with or without drugs! Live life slower, less sex and fashion oriented and modestly and it will last as long as you need it. Life is the purpose of life!
Good luck, good health, peace and love!

It isn't ' control ' but more like living like you were supposed to through proper nutrition. Nobody is doing that today. Doctors and the rest of the societal establishment, plainly, lie.
You have to educate yourself about this. Drugs are just that. They have a limited application in extreme cases. It's about nutrition. We all grow old and die. It's the quality of that life that matters. It takes an independent spirit.

Diet and lifestyle are key in controlling the effects of aging. Consistency with healthy eating and stress- free ( as much as possible) living.
