Obviously start with mind etc (search online) If you want one to one contact ask your GP or contact your local CMHT who will have specialist help advice or links to organisations. They can provide help/advice to those people experiencing M/H issues or for Carers.

there are many support groups available nationwide but the most popular group would be MIND.... visit their website its very helpful.
