well, i found out that some guys just comment a girl on how pretty or attractive she is but is just really like that, they don't have feelings for her or anything, could it be possible?

He has some interest in you! You can read more from his body language and non verbal than what he tells you.
Does he look you in the eye when he says it?
Does he smile at you and attempt to be near you frequently?
Are his comments directed at your personality or physical attributes?
All of the above are a few non verbal signs that can support or exclude your perception.
Get to know them slowly and let your gut and your heart guide you...Good Luck

It's possible. Hard to tell without knowing your full situation and relationship.
The more important question is how it makes you feel. If you are uncomfortable, you are best discussing it with him, his supervisor or your supervisor. Work environments usually have a department you can call if you want to go outside your management structure for advice. Be aware of any signals you may be giving off, but don't stop being yourself.
If you interested in this guy, ask yourself how work would be if you are with him, and how it might be if thigns don't work out between you.

Not really there are some males who are generally being honest and expressing there feeling as a friendly comment however most women can tell a flirt from someone who is just being nice.

Depends...if you just started working there, then we're pretty sure what "like" it is....On the other hand, if you been there for a while and you know he is single and if you're single then ask him if he likes you...Just be blunt about it....Usually guys don't say much or they miss the 'que' to make the move.

He could just be nice, or he might like you. That's a very forward way of letting someone know they like you....flirt back, if he isn't interested in you, he'll back off or if he does, he'll make another move....
