Yes; it works. You need to go see a Dermatologist who will prescribe it for you.

I read the main manufacturer is no longer making the drug (due to financial constraints).
If you really want it that bad and there is still adequate Accutane supply, see a dermatologist and get it thru proper legal/medical channels.
Reputable online l retail stores will not require a prescription.
highly recommended:

Where can you buy Accutane ? The answer to this question is simple if you try to search in google such as popularpharm.net and you will find all the information you need. There is a great number of local and online pharmacies. And you have just found one of them! You can buy Accutane online cheaper than in a regular pharmacy. The main reason of lower price is that online pharmacies have not so much expenses as their counterparts. But this is not the only reason: in fact, many online pharmacies offer Generic Accutane (5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 30mg) instead of the original Accutane.
Cheap Generic Accutane has the same ingredients as the original Accutane. It means that you can benefit from the same effects but for a much lower price.

You need a prescription for Accutane and it does work. However if you are a female you should know that you are required by law in many states to go in for a pregnancy test once a month if you are on Accutane, whether or not you are sexually active. This is because Accutance causes horrible birth defects if taken by a pregnant woman. They may also require you to sign a document swearing that you will have an abortion if you do get pregnant while taking the drug.

accutane can only be described by a dermatologist. It's a real potent drug, usually for severe acne. Yes, it does work wonderfully. My nephew had the worst acne I'd ever seen. He kept his face clean, but the infection started on the inside, so his sores weeped pus. He took Acutane, and within months, he had and still have the smoothest faces around, with no visible scars or potmarks. The stuff is so expensive, I hope you have insurance. And the side effects is that it can cause depression during the time of usage.

Accutane is a prescription medication for severe acne. You must have a prescription to get it. And even then you can only get it in a 30 day supply. It really works. However, you have to have a pretty severe case for your doctor to prescribe it. It is also a teratogen and is highly likely to cause birth defects if used during pregnancy. So your doctor will most likely request a pregnancy test prior to prescribing it for you.
If you are interested, talk to your dermatologist or family physician.

Maybe Mexico???
In the US you need a prescription, and if you are a girl, (at least in california) you have to go through blood testing, pregnancy testing, and an online webpage where you must answer all sorts of questions. Plus two types of birth control is required. It's a sticky process, but worth it in the end. I have taken the medicine for two five month periods, it works, it didn't work as well as I hoped, but the results where more amazing than all the other medicines I had ever taken. However, my cholestrol levels sky rocketed while I was on the medicine and it affected my vision. Talk to your doctor, they can prescribe for you (more than likely cheaper than a dermatologist)
